Lyman T. Fletcher


Lyman T. Fletcher is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law, a Fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a Certified Family Law Mediator. He began his law practice in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1970, and, since 1974, has specialized his practice in Family Law, including interstate child custody, grandparents’ visitation rights, paternity, and domestic relations. He has lectured, conducted seminars, and authored articles on all aspects of marital and Family Law throughout his career. He was City Commissioner and then Mayor of Atlantic Beach, FL, past chairman and board member of Town Center Association, and served as 1st Lt., Intelligence Branch, US Army, 1964-1966.

Eric J. Friday, Esq.

Eric J. Friday is a trial attorney who in addition to the firm’s core area of family law, concentrates his practice on, criminal defense with an emphasis on firearms and Second Amendment issues.  Eric is lead counsel for Florida Carry, Inc. the largest independent pro-Second Amendment organization in the state. He serves both as counsel and a registered lobbyist and has assisted in drafting legislation and litigating on behalf of gun rights and self-defensen.  Prior to joining Fletcher and Phillips he practiced both with a complex personal injury firm as well as owning his own practice dealing with personal injury, consumer protection and criminal defense. Eric is regularly called on to discuss current legal issues in the news on different local media outlets.  Eric consults state wide with other attorneys on Second Amendment cases as well as con counseling on cases involving firearms.  Eric is a regular speaker on Second Amendment issues for both attorney groups and citizens who are interested in firearms rights issues.

Attorney Dyvonnda G. Thurston

Attorney Thurston received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. She also received a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Stetson University. In 2013, she became a nationally certified counselor. She is a Florida Family Law Inns of Court Associate and a current member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.

Dyvonnda focuses her practice in all areas of family law matters: divorce, paternity, same-sex divorce, parenting plans, timesharing (child custody and visitation), child support, spousal support or alimony, modifications of prior judicial or administrative orders, enforcement or contempt proceedings, criminal law matters including injunctions.
